Automatically melt and hold chocolate, candy melts, and coating wafers at perfect temperature for dipping! Includes 2 pots with separate temperature control, so you can hold tempered chocolate or coating at the perfect temperature for dipping! Simply add unmelted coating to the pots and set them between 50-60 degrees Celsius. Once melted turn temperature down to the lowest setting 30-35 degrees Celsius for dipping. If using real chocolate, temper the chocolate, then add it to the pots to maintain working temperature of 30 degrees Celsius
