Hot Hands Modeling Chocolate

The Evil Cake Genius loves using Modeling Chocolate for sculpting all things cakey.  What she DOESN'T love is having to stop and start sculpting as the modeling chocolate gets greasy and melty!  That's why she was super excited to hear about Hot Hands Modeling Chocolate.  Just like it sounds, it's made for those of us with fire fingers.  The stuff not only doesn't melt and get greasy when working with it, but it somehow blends seams better than regular chocolate paste too!  This stuff is a 2lb. bag of awesome!

Ingredients are: Sugar, palm kernel and palm oils, whey (milk), nonfat milk, titanium dioxide, color, sunflower lecithin, natural flavor and vanilla (vanilla beans, water, ethyl alcohol), corn syrup, salt. Contains: Milk
