Magnetic Transfer Chocolate Mold Heart

Mold designer chocolates easily with this magnetic chocolate mold.  It's made to hold any chocolate transfer sheet, so you can create patterned chocolates for any occasion.  Simply remove the magnetic plate, place a chocolate transfer on top of the plate, and re-attach to the mold.  Fill the mold with chocolate, coating, or candy melts, set them up in the fridge, and turn them out.  Can be used for filled candies too!
