Not too sweet, just perfectly, well, YUMMY! 4 TIMES STRONGER THAN MOST COMMERCIAL FLAVORINGS. Clear, so it doesn't affect the color of your icing! We use 1/4 tsp. per 1-1/2 pounds of Buttercream.
