Not only are they gorgeous, but they're so simple that anyone can use them! Use them to make cute cut outs for cupcakes, cookies, or cakes, randomly cut shards to decorate buttercream cakes, or even wrap a buttercream cake in a full strip (scroll down page for video) for amazing detail in minutes!

Never tried this? it's time!!!  It's as simple as these quick steps:

1) Melt Chocolate Coating Wafers or Candy Melts in the Microwave, stirring every 20-30 seconds

2) Spread onto the Transfer Sheet

3) Let it set up for around 30 seconds

4) Cut out shapes

5) Set up in refrigerator

6) Peel shapes off of backing and use

And our sheets are HUGE!!! The video only used a half sheet of each pattern, so you can easily get 18 cupcakes out of one sheet! We did these for Easter, but we have TONS of designs ranging from Cool Patterns, to Holiday sheets, and even Unicorns!!!

Want to make Holiday Bark? Sprinkle the chocolate or coating with nuts, sprinkles, or candies before it sets up and cut out cute shapes like this Jelly Bean Bark!  It's even easier to do if you simply break apart the bark into random pieces like a more traditional bark.  Check out this technique HERE

Now it's time to step it up! Let's wrap a buttercream cake in a patterned chocolate band.  It's fast, easy, and gorgeous!!

Chocolate Transfer Wrapped Cake

1) Wrap a piece of parchment paper around the frosted cake to measure the length of the cake's circumference and the height of the cake

2) Use the cut parchment as a template to cut the chocolate transfer sheet to size.  You can tape multiple sheets together on the back side of the transfer to create a longer strip for larger diameter cakes

3) Melt Chocolate Coating Wafers or Candy Melts in the Microwave, stirring every 20-30 seconds

4) Spread onto the Transfer Sheet

5) Let it set up for around 30 seconds

6) Wrap the chocolate covered sheet around the frosted cake

7) Set up in refrigerator

8) Peel the clear backing off of the chocolate band
