Fill them with your favorite Ice Cream or layer them with our Instant Mousse Mix and chopped fresh fruit, either way, you've got a platter of yum. **Pay close attention to the dimensions on these products...the dessert cups are tiny, the Star Box is Large, and the Spheres are in-between!

4) Pink Lemonade Cake Faux Charlotte
The ECG's favorite new Silicone Cake Pan delivers a classic Charlotte look without the fuss. And we put it (and her) to the test by letting the Hubby make one in our kitchen.

5) Flamingo Cake
This cake is super fun to make, and not nearly as scary as it looks! The ECG Mesh Stenciled the Background and the cut-out flamingoes on Icing Sheets so if you goof, you just grab another! The fluffy feathers were made using the same technique as our Ballerina Cake and Pink Pomp Cakes. SUPER EASY
