The ECG is a big fan of Cookie embossers. They are the easiest way to decorate a lot of cookies at once! Embossing is typically done in fondant, but the ECG prefers to use home-made Chocolate Paste (made with Bright White Coating for a neutral background that can be tinted with oil-based candy colors).
