Chocolate and Easter go together like, well... Chocolate and Easter. From Chocolate Bunnies, to Cadbury Eggs, there are no limits to the ECG's chocolate intake on Easter Sunday...Monday...okay, Easter Week. And here are her favorite super easy chocolate treats to make for all her favorite Peeps!
Let's just start by letting you know that ALL of these treats were made with Coating Chocolate...'cause this one here does NOT have time or patience for Tempering. Don't know what tempering is? YOU DON'T HAVE TO!!! Just get yourself some Clasen or Merckens Coating (shop at the end of the blog) and simply melt it in the microwave at 15 second intervals. It's smooth, delicious, and puts those horrible craft-store "candy melts" to shame.

1) Chocolate Wrapped Mini Cakes
These are deceptively easy to make, especially when you use any of our chocolate coatings (no need to temper chocolate!) Check out the delicious process HERE

Okay, okay, there is an anti-jelly-beans-in-chocolate faction over here at the lair...ahem...Erin. But the ECG says don't knock it 'til you've tried it. It's surprisingly good, but if you're more of a purist, these bars can be customized with any dried fruits, nuts, crushed cookies, etc. and any of our easter Printed Icing Sheets. 3) Treat-Filled Chocolate Eggs

This lil' ol' favorite of the ECG started with Chocolate Covered Oreos, and has quickly become a game of "what fits in the Chocolate Covered Oreo Mold?"
